Salt Therapy Sessions
Adults can sit back and listen to music or read a book whilst enjoying the benefits of salt therapy. The adults room can cater for a group of up to 9 per session so grab some friends and enjoy a session together.
Children can play, watch TV or do puzzles during their session, enjoying the benefits without even realising it! Sessions last 45 minutes.

Elisa first attended salt therapy as a client for help with her chronic hay fever and mild asthma. It did not take long for her to realise the incredible benefits of the therapy. She soon realised that salt therapy could assist people in reducing or even coming off their medications which were usually steroid based.
